Mother Daughter Duo
This site was created by myself (Kate) and Tiernie. A little about us: I am a stay-at-home wife (2021) of a very supportive husband. This allows me to help take care of the grandkids, one of whom is autistic and a joy to have in my life, as well as my other 2 grandkids. I also have 3 grown children. I needed something to do so I started with a cricut and soon moved to sublimation. I then added wreaths, freshies to order, and beads. Wreaths are typically made to order but I do sometimes add some. Hopefully one day we will grow enough to have different printers and possibly a laser.
Tiernie is my daughter and I brought her on this venture since I wanted to utilize her specialty in Design and Photography. My dream for her is to reach others with her artistic abilities and give them a creation they will love. We hope to one day sell her drawings and paintings as well online. She currently does photography shoots and creates custom designs. She also makes Logos. Hopefully, with growth, we will be able to have an area for her photography as well.
As we grow I want our customers to feel valued. We want to provide exceptional customer care; we value the opinions of all our customers.
Ordering
All orders received will be acknowledged with an emailed receipt. If you do not receive a conformation email, please be sure that kraftsnest@gmail.com is whitelisted so that emails are not being marked as spam or junk.
All items that are handmade to order will require a nonrefundable deposit. At times, some items may be out of stock or on backorder. In these cases your order or item may be delayed, details for these items and the timeline for them will be included in your conformation email. If an item(s) ships later due to backorder, you will receive another conformation email once the item(s) ships.
Shipping
It is our goal to ship all items in a timely manner. All orders will shipped within 24 hours of completion if they need to be made. All orders will be packaged to the best of our abilities to ensure safe and quick delivery.
Most items will ship within 2-3 business days.
Returns
Accidents happen, if you receive a broken or incorrect item, please contact us via our contact form on this site to determine the best option for you. We will be happy to refund or exchange items with the original receipt and item, within 10 days of the shipment conformation. Items returned after 10 days of the shipment conformation will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges but in some cases may be eligible for store credit. Disclaimer
We design and in fact encourage custom designs for our customers. We like for our customers to have something unique to them. If you chose to use a photo for a design and need it edited prior to we can also accommodate this request. Prices will vary on custom designs.
Please note colors will vary from initial viewing via computer, tablet, or smartphone. Please keep this in mind when viewing as colors vary on every screen. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, color shades are not a guarantee to match what you see on your computers screen. We will gladly provide multiple options for our customers to choose from upon request.
Processing time can be as little as 24 hours up to two weeks unless otherwise stated. Processing time does not include shipping/delivery time. Shipping times vary depending on the location of the customer. We cannot control the mail service. You will receive a tracking number with your order provided the customer provides an email address. We can ship expedited shipping, but this will be at an additional charge. This must be done before processing.
Payment is required prior to starting the items ordered. NO REFUNDS on custom made items. Custom means a name for example on a tumbler. Custom orders are considered final once the customer has approved the final mockup of the design.
If there is a flaw with the finished item, the customer must notify us within 48 hours upon receiving for a replacement. If the item is damaged, due to shipping, the customer must notify us within 48 hours. A photo of the package and the item must be submitted. (Return of the original item is required unless otherwise stated).
Washing instructions will be included, if applicable, with each item. We are not responsible for any damages caused by mishandling or disregard of the provided instructions.
Vinyl decals: Instructions will be provided. If the decals are applied incorrectly, we are not responsible. Local customers are welcome to order and have us apply it for them. Please note that vinyl decals are not meant to go on the paint of your car. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY them to the paint as we will not be responsible for damages. Customer accepts all damages that occur due to misuse of product.
Focal Beads are made of Silicon unless otherwise stated. Some are soft PVC which will be listed as such. These are small and are not recommended for small children as they pose a choking hazard. Please do not let children play with these. They are not a toy. Do not put in your mouth.
Round bead are silicone or acrylic. Sizes do vary and are not recommended for small children. These are not toys and may pose a choking hazard. Do not put in your mouth.
Please note that kraftsnest retains the rights to any designs, unless specifically noted or requested prior to completion of items. This includes but not limited to: Sharing pictures of completed items/products online or otherwise, use of design for other customers. If this is a gift and you do not want it to be shared publicly prior to receiving your product, please let us know so a specific timeframe can be place. Once that timeframe has expired, we may post that item/product as we choose.
A Google Drive will be offered at a monthly price or a bundle for a one time fee. Individual designs may be purchased. They will be emailed digitally without a watermark.
